Payment
At INCOVER you can pay by credit card.
The following cards are accepted:
- Visa, Mastercard and Maestro
INCOVER does not charge any fees on purchases.
All prices include VAT and taxes. Prices are current-day prices.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.

Reservation of Funds
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds remain reserved on your card or account until:

Gift Cards
With an INCOVER gift card, the options are wide open for the perfect present. The gift card consists of a code and is sent electronically to the buyer’s email address within 24 hours on weekdays. The gift card can then be printed or forwarded to the recipient. The gift card code can also be written down to include in a card or similar.
You can always check the gift card balance by clicking the link in the email you receive or by entering the gift card code at checkout.
You can use a gift card together with a payment card.
You can use multiple gift cards at once.
Gift cards do not expire.
Any remaining balance can be refunded via bank transfer. If a gift card balance is to be refunded, contact INCOVER at support@incover.com to arrange the transfer.
DELIVERY
You can have your order shipped with PostNord or GLS. We will ship your package with the most suitable transport option.
In Europe the estimated shippingtime is between 2-6 business days,

We ship orders all 7 days of the week.
My order hasn’t arrived after 7-8 business days —what should I do?
On rare occasions, delivery may be delayed by a few weekday. Fortunately, this happens very rarely.
If you haven’t received your order within 7-8 business days from the shipping email, please contact us so we can ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
Before contacting us, please double-check your order confirmation to ensure your delivery address is correct.
If there’s a typing error, a missing house number, or the recipient’s name isn’t on the mailbox (not applicable to business delivery), your package will be returned to us. This is a slow process and typically takes a week. If we receive your order back, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.

If the item is damaged upon delivery
If the item is damaged or lost during transport, INCOVER is liable. We encourage you to contact us within 14 days, after which a solution will be found. See “Returns & Complaints.”
Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal before the order is shipped
If you wish to cancel your purchase before we have shipped your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Withdrawal after the order is shipped
You may cancel the agreement.
You may cancel the agreement pursuant to Section 17 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day you receive your item, or when you take physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order and delivered separately.
Within 100 days of receipt, you must register that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Notice must be given by emailing support@incover.com or by using the standard withdrawal form. In your notice, you must make it clear that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the item without also clearly notifying us of this.
Returns
You may cancel the agreement pursuant to Section 17 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
Remember that at INCOVER we offer returns; if you are not satisfied and wish to return your product, you must contact us no later than 100 days after receipt at support@incover.com, or by phone at +45 42 90 31 37 on weekdays between 09:00–12:00 & 13:00–17:30 to inform us. You can also go directly to our returns portal here:
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until it is back in our possession, and please note that missing original packaging may constitute a depreciation in value. To ensure you receive a full refund, we recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
Once you have notified us that you will withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Note! We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words—you may test the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.
If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon withdrawal you may receive only part of, or none of, the purchase amount back, depending on the item’s commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you withdraw from your entire purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
Returning an entire order (all items in the order)
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for the entire order, we will refund all payments received from you. This does not include any additional delivery costs in cases where you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer.
Returning part of an order (some items in the order)
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you may return one or more items even if they were purchased in a single order.
The amount will be refunded without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, send or deliver the item to the address below:

However, we recommend that you write to support@incover.com to obtain confirmation that the return case is approved.
You can also withdraw by giving clear notice and delivering it in person to the above address (add, if relevant: “by prior arrangement”).

Is the item damaged on delivery?
If your item is damaged upon delivery, we will of course replace it—send an email to support@incover.com with a detailed description of the damage and preferably a photo. You will then receive a response regarding delivery of a replacement.
Right to Complain (Warranty for defects)
The Danish Sale of Goods Act’s rules on defects may apply to purchases of goods.
When you shop as a consumer at INCOVER, you have a 24-month right to complain. This means you can have the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen due to incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we will, at your request, either replace your item or refund your money.

Privacy Policy
1. General
1.1 This privacy policy describes how INCOVER under the company MAULUND A/S collects, stores, and processes information about you.
1.2 The policy applies to the information you provide to us on www.incover.com, in connection with a purchase at INCOVER, when you contact our customer service, and to the information we collect when you visit our website.

2. Purpose of Data Collection and Legal Basis
2.1 When you visit INCOVER, we collect information about you and your use of the website—for example, your search terms to reach the site, whether you use a mobile phone or laptop, your IP address, and various other details about the device you use. We use this data for statistics and behavior patterns on INCOVER to continually improve the customer experience and site functionality.
2.2 We also collect information about you through cookies during your visit. You can read more about our use of cookies in our cookies section.

2.3 The purpose of collecting this data is our legitimate interest in providing you with the best purchase and visit experience on INCOVER, with relevant offers and content. This information is also used to target subsequent marketing via remarketing through Google Ads. This marketing is activated upon visits and orders at INCOVER. Remarketing is shown on Instagram, Facebook, and in internet browsers via Google Display ads.
We collect and process such information under our legitimate interests pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and the Danish Data Protection Act § 6(1).

The purpose is to deliver your order according to your wishes and, if needed, to contact you about your order. We collect and process such information for the performance of the contract we enter into with you, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and the Danish Data Protection Act § 6(1).
2.5 We use information to comply with our legal obligations as a company in relation to accounting and to prevent misuse and fraud.

3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
3.1 Your personal data is not disclosed to third parties unless otherwise stated in our privacy policy. Name, address, email, phone number, and order number are personal data disclosed to the carrier responsible for delivering your order. We use DAO Distribution and GLS as carriers.
In certain circumstances, we reserve the right, in accordance with legislation, to disclose information to public authorities—for example, to the police or tax authorities in cases of suspected credit card fraud.
3.2 We work with external partners who process information on our behalf—for example, development of our technical platform or data analysis to create a better experience on INCOVER. Where relevant and in accordance with applicable data protection law, we enter into data processing agreements with such partners.
3.3 Some of our partners are established in the USA. The necessary safeguards for transferring information to the USA are ensured through the data processor’s certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, pursuant to GDPR Article 45. To the extent we use other partners established outside the EU who process personal data on our behalf, this will always take place under valid transfer safeguards.
3.4 In the event of a potential acquisition of the company or partial divestment, disclosure of personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable law regarding the processing of personal data in connection with business transfers.
4. Your Rights
4.1 As a customer, you have the right to access the information INCOVER has registered about you and how we use this data.
4.2 You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. If you would like a copy, please send a written request to support@incover.com.
4.3 If you discover that INCOVER has incorrect information about you, you have the right in certain cases to have it corrected. If you notice this, please contact us at support@incover.com.
4.4 In some cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g., if you withdraw your consent and we have no qualified basis for retaining your data (for example, if we are legally required to keep it). If you wish to have your personal data deleted, please contact us via email at support@incover.com.
4.5 In certain cases, you have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit this data to another controller (data portability). If you want this, please contact us via email at support@incover.com.
4.6 You have the right to object to our use of data, e.g., for marketing. If you do not want us to use your personal data for direct marketing and profiling, delete your cookies as mentioned in section 5.1 below or contact our customer service.
4.7 If our processing of your personal data is based on consent, you may withdraw the consent you have given us at any time. You can do this by writing to us at support@incover.com.
Please note that withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

5. Deletion of Personal Data by INCOVER
5.1 Information collected when you subscribe to our news and offer emails is deleted if you withdraw your consent and we have no other legal basis for continued processing.
5.2 Information collected when placing an order—including name, address, phone number, email address, and an overview of ordered items—is stored for a minimum of 5 years.
5.3 Information collected via Google about your behavior/use of www.incover.com is automatically deleted after 50 months.
Personal data that is no longer necessary for the stated purposes will be deleted or anonymized.
6. Security
6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered, or impaired, and to prevent it from becoming known to unauthorized persons or being misused.
6.2 Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data in order to perform their work have access to it.
